Consumer – demand for potatoes remains strong. U.S. retail dollar sales are up 16.8% from July 2022 – 2023, including strong growth of 14.5% in the most recent quarter (April – June 2023). Volume sales remain above pre-pandemic levels despite a -2.6% decrease year-over-year.
