New Foodservice Website Design Draws Operators to Potato Innovation

It’s a “new year, new me” for the Foodservice section on PotatoGoodness.com. The new look and content in this section of the website were created to inspire foodservice professionals to menu more potatoes in more ways.

What’s New?

The new page delivers a prompt to sign up for innovation sessions front and center.

  • What’s an innovation session? In-kitchencustom recipe development sessions help foodservice professionals refresh their menus with potatoes to keep existing customers engaged, develop limited-time offers (LTOs) to draw in new ones, or simply reduce recipe complexity and cost.
  • These sessions are all-expense-paid, can take place on-site at the foodservice operator’s location or at the Spud Lab in Denver and are protected by non-disclosure agreements to keep menu innovations confidential.

The new page also delivers an array of recipe inspiration for foodservice operators with popular globally inspired dishes like:

The new website section features a page dedicated to featuring emerging and evolving industry research, including the latest menu trends and patron insights from industry-leading organizations like Datassential and Technomic to help professionals make sure they’re serving what customers are craving. This includes insights like:

  • Potatoes are America’s favorite side and takeout dish.
  • 76% of patrons order fries at restaurants at least once a month.
