Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, a popular taco chain with nearly 150 U.S. locations from Arizona to Virginia, is putting potatoes front and center on its new seasonal menu, thanks to inspiration from an innovation session developed for their culinary team.
The innovation session, which was held in Dallas in December 2023, resulted from connections made at the International Corporate Chefs Association (ICCA) fall immersion event in Asheville, North Carolina
Why it matters: This brings a new potato product to Fuzzy’s lineup and expands the chain’s offerings to three center-of-the-plate dishes featuring fries. Visit before the end of the month to try them! They are served alongside:

- Cali-Style Steak Burritos
- Queso Birria Fries
