Taryn Lamb is an Austin-based content creator who grew up in Oregon. She is a food and fitness enthusiast who went from “never running more than 2 miles in her life” to hosting a run club in Austin.
Taryn partnered with Potatoes USA to showcase a crispy potato wedge recipe — which she called “JoJos.”. These spicy “JoJos” take just 20 minutes in an air fryer and are perfect as a satisfying snack or a side dish. While they can be seasoned however you like, Taryn uses seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and flaky salt.
