FoodOvation: Culinary Immersion Event Brings 30 New Potato Menu Items to National Foodservice Operators
FoodOvation, a menu innovation exchange that brings together culinary leaders and decision-makers at national foodservice organizations for a collaborative two-day ideation fest, was held in Sun Valley, Idaho. Over those two days, 30 unique potato dishes were created for 11 national foodservice operators to showcase how potato dishes can serve as a menu solution to any operational challenge or constraint specific to each operator’s business. The event fostered relationships with restaurateurs including invitations for follow-on innovations sessions in their kitchens or at the Spud Lab. Here are just a few of the spud-tastic items created for the operators in attendance!
