With Easter right around the corner, Potatoes USA is giving people plenty of reasons to make potatoes the star of their holiday brunch. From potato roses to bunny boards, this year’s Easter campaign features five show-stopping recipes designed to look as good as they taste.

“When food looks incredible, people think it tastes even better, and Easter brunch is the perfect excuse to go all out,” said Chef RJ Harvey, director of culinary at Potatoes USA.
