In December, the United Nations (U.N.) declared May 30 the International Day of the Potato to raise awareness and celebrate the many benefits of the tasty, nutritious, versatile spud.
For this inaugural International Day of the Potato, the celebration is in full swing at PotatoGoodness.com.
