Earlier this year, Evelyn shared some of her favorite potato recipe content. A classic from her childhood, Chinese potato salad, is a satisfyingly crunchy, colorful, veggie-packed dish seasoned with traditional Chinese flavors like soy sauce and sesame oil. The video has been seen by more than 24,000 people.
Evelyn also shared a viral recipe for two-ingredient, oil-free microwave chips, which has racked up nearly 343,000 views. The chips can be customized to your favorite seasoning, including a sweet/savory version with chocolate drizzle!
