Team Potato Spring Spud Run – Victory for all

Fueled by potatoes and determination, Team Potato members came out in full force for the Spring Spud Run, held April 9-11, 2021.  After a 7-week training program where Team Potato members were provided with training tips and strategies from Team Potato’s very own running coach, William Blake (the Mayor of Runtown), the potato-fueled runners completed either a 5K, 10K or even longer distances, all around the country. After completing their run, they shared their accomplishments along with how potatoes were incorporated before, during or after, to the Team Potato Facebook group. And the best part? The engagement, encouragement, and potato love shared and celebrated between members!  As a reward for participating, all Spring Spud Run finishers will receive a custom medal to commemorate this fun, potato-fueled accomplishment.
